About Us

We began in 1980 with thirty five costumes in the spare bedroom of my home. We have blossomed into the largest quality costume shop in Kern and the surrounding counties. It is not uncommon for customers to drive from Tulare, Fresno and San Luis Obispo counties to access our massive rental inventory. Fantasy Frocks is family owned and operated and without the support of our family, friends, costumers and community we would not still be here.
